This is a Wordpress tutorial on how to easily add custom CSS to your WordPress site.



Standard way (Default):

Step 1:

Go to your Wordpress Dashboard, select “Appearance”, then click “Customize”.

At the bottom of the Customize Setting, you’ll find “Additional CSS”.

Step 3:

Here’s where you can edit or add your CSS Code if you want to customize your site further. The changes you make will immediately be displayed on the screen.

NOTE: If you’re going to add many lines of CSS, it’s a good practice to use a child theme rather than adding the changes straight to your parent theme. If you have other people working on your site, they won't be able to change it that easily. Your CSS should be safe from updates, but it’s beneficial to use a child theme if you’re going to change your header.php file or other file in Wordpress since those get refreshed every time you update your parent theme.
