The question is: how do you change the name of your Shopify store? I'm gonna show you how, it's easy. All you need to do is from your home screen, you'll see down on the bottom left settings, click on it and then in the settings page select "General" and in this page you're gonna see your store details where the name of your Shopify store is displayed, in my case the name is "wandrr-testsite" so I'm gonna change it to "wandrr-development", then all I have to do is to click on "Save". So, my store details have now changed to affect the new store name "wandrr-development". If I go to my online store you should see the reflected changes. Now, how do I change the subdomain? Unfortunately you won't be able to change your subdomain unless you create a new store.

Step 1: Go to you Shopify admin web page
On the main page, you’ll have to click on the “Settings” option, sited on the lower left side of the panel.
Step 2: Click on the “General” option
In the Settings page, click on the “General” option, it is sited on the top of the left row.
Step 3: Edit the “Store name”
In this case I want to change “wandrr-testsite” to “wandrr-development”, so just write it in the Store name box, then just click on “Save”.
Step 4: Go back to your Shop
Now just go back to your Shop site to see the changes displayed.
